Engineering – Integrated Cement & Energy System Design
We provide engineering design services for cement EPC projects, focusing on dry-process cement production lines. Our scope covers process design, capacity planning, equipment selection, and automation systems, fully adapted to raw materials, fuel types, and local operating conditions to ensure efficient and stable plant operation.
In addition, we integrate energy and environmental systems into the overall engineering design, including waste heat recovery power generation, photovoltaic and biomass power, captive power plants (coal or oil), energy storage, as well as solid and hazardous waste co-processing and alternative fuel solutions. These integrated designs help cement plants optimize energy structure, reduce consumption, and achieve safe and sustainable operation.
Procurement – Complete Equipment & System Supply

Construction – Installation, Commissioning & Training
Lafa provides comprehensive construction management and on-site services for cement EPC projects, covering equipment installation, system integration, individual equipment testing, and full-line commissioning. With standardized construction procedures and strict safety management, we ensure that all systems are implemented according to design requirements.
